me for 1 or more of the following reasons ONLY
- You are having trouble
downloading.
- You have a question about
the site that is not explained in the FAQ.
- You have a question about
some of the site's files and it doesn't give help about them in the
knowledge database.
- You have spotted a broken
link (please report immediately!)
- You have sent a money
order or western union transfer and need to tell me.
Before contacting me make
sure you have the following and it MUST be included in your e-mail. Failure to
provide the below will delay your request!
- State
the
nature of your problem/query in great detail don't just say my
download isn't working.
- Whether it is a sims 1, sims 2 or sims 3 problem and also
explain if you have tried
to do anything to remedy the problem.
- If you have other files installed from
other sites particularly files than change or alter global settings
than please provide details.
- If
you have any expansion packs installed.
- Be
polite sending a message saying nothing works and I demand a
refund won't get you anywhere in fact I tend to respond to
these emails LAST!
- Be patient it can take up to 24 hours for
me to reply.

Password not working or can't login? try this:
- Make sure there are NO spaces in between
or after the characters!
- Enter the u/p exactly how it appears
including upper and lower case letters. example if it looks like
this: BlaDex than type it like that!
- Try typing the u/p in instead of copy and
paste from your email message.
- Make sure your browser is allowing popups
and scripts to run on www.pandorasims.net. There are no ads or
virus's present however our username, password box will open in it's
own window so you can Type them in. This special window is a script
file so make sure if your using virus scanners, popup blockers or
spyware detectors that it is not stopping this window from
appearing.
- In your browser add www.pandorasims.net
as a trusted website.
- Use
firefox.
- The account might not activate straight
away if it doesn't work than wait an hour or 2!
Please use

objects is wrong or any other crap because I don't give a s*** about it and
neither does EA themselves.
