Terms of condition This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your subscription to Pandora sims. By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms and conditions and all policies posted on the Pandora sims site. Appropriate use of the services Client Content. Client agrees that it will not distribute or electronically transmit or display any materials or content found on this site and/or in the members and adults only sections. All content on this site should be used for personal use ONLY. Do not even think about uploading or sharing any of our content, adult objects or skins on another site. We have spied everywhere and they'll let us know if our stuff is being stolen and when that happens we will find, infiltrate and destroy your site many dumbass sites have been taken down by us for trying to steal our content and you'll be next! And don't think we won't find you we have very sophisticated tools for tracking down your details and hiding behind a private domain won't save you either! We'll get your details, your real host even the people you pay to run your site and than we'll be prosecuting. In the end run you'll end up losing your site and if your not lucky you'll get a big fat fine for breaching copyright laws too! Payment obligations Service Fees. Each Client will pay 1 fee on the date ordered. The funds will be debited from Client's credit card on the date you signed up. Once your months are up your account will be deleted. Should you wish to continue using this service than you will need to sign up again. Client liability and indemnification The parties agree that in no event shall pandora sims
be liable to any third party for Client's breach or alleged breach of any of the
terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Pandora sims will also not be
held responsible if you decide to use an illegal credit card account illegal
therefore representing a friends, parents or someone else's account that
you DO NOT have permission to use! Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold
harmless pandora sims from any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or
third party claims resulting from Client's breach or alleged breach of any
Client obligations set forth hereunder. Term, termination and reinstatement Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, this Agreement shall be effective on the date you register for the Services. Your access will last for 1 month starting from the date your account has been activated. Once your account is active your account will expire 1 month or how ever many months you choose to purchase from the day you received the confirmation. If you choose a recurring account than you will be notified before your account expires if you want to continue with the account and have the option of being charged again.
